I felt that it was time for me to do an evaluation of IceTheme after using it for almost a year. I think that alvini does some great templates and they have gotten increasingly better for every new one.
It is really tough to create nice-looking and advanced templates that will look consistent over all browsers and OS:es out there and at the same time make them easy to install and configure. I think that IceTheme has succeeded with this (even if there have been some bugs with a couple of the older templates, they have been solved) and they keep evolving with every new template.
I am very happy with IceTheme and will be using their services for many of my future projects as well.

Just wanted to say that I've renewed my membership for IT and decided to not renew others as Alvini continues to make simple, elegant, useful templates that can easily incorporate any or all of the IT mods and therefore cover any and all of my needs - and more.
Considering the cost of membership for a year, the consistent quality and timely delivery of new templates, and the excellent support provided here I must say that IT provides the most "bang for your buck" that I've found - thanks alot!

Now that my subscription is over, looking back at my experience with IceTheme, I have to say that overall the templates are well above average.
The looks attracted me to these templates in the first place. Beyond that the technical solution is decent, the support was very responsive and timely and the template / sample data installation flawless.
Sure, there were technical hiccups during implementation of the template in my website(http://www.jewelrybeautiful.com). I even had some harsh words for them at some point. Searching other Joomla template providers forums though, I saw that nothing was out of ordinary and I realized that with so many variables (e.g. server or browser type and version specifics) it is impossible to come out with a problem free template.
Subsequently they get high marks from me.
