Alvini,

I signed up for the Standard Membership two days ago and cannot use the Factory template my client selected. It is unusable (hidden menus) in Internet Explorer 8 which is unacceptable, considering that leaves out 85% of internet users.

I would appreciate a reply back confirming my 100% refund ($79.99) with in 24 hrs.
