Now that my subscription is over, looking back at my experience with IceTheme, I have to say that overall the templates are well above average.

The looks attracted me to these templates in the first place. Beyond that the technical solution is decent, the support was very responsive and timely and the template / sample data installation flawless.

Sure, there were technical hiccups during implementation of the template in my website(www.jewelrybeautiful.com). I even had some harsh words for them at some point. Searching other Joomla template providers forums though, I saw that nothing was out of ordinary and I realized that with so many variables (e.g. server or browser type and version specifics) it is impossible to come out with a problem free template.

Subsequently they get high marks from me.

One suggestion though: the templates start to look quite the same lately. A more radical different template is required IMHO. And hopefully a new version of the ITStore (keep me posted).

Thank you for taking this time to write your valuable opinion.

As you have written above its almost impossible to came out with a bug-free template. But as the problem is reorganized we have make the impossible to solve it.

For the moment we are focused on providing clean/clear template with a high level of usability and accessibility. That's why we have maintained our lines and didnt go out of them. However we will keep note of your advise and see what we can do for the next month.

Regarding a template for VM we will wait for Joomla 1.6 to came so that they can update their Mootools library to version 1.2
