Hi,
First let me thank you for your interest on our templates.

The above notice is very clear and is not in any way in contraction with our Terms of Use. So to explain it in simple words in mean that you are not allowed to sell our templates, for example you may have a site that sells templates and you may include also our templates (modified or not).

The above is not in any reason allowed. I hope that i was clear. If not please reply here.

Hi,
First let me thank you for your interest on our templates.

In fact, we have not came across before with the above point that you have mentioned.

However, the answer is yes. You are allowed sell your whole website and our template as part of it. This is true only for the Developer plan package
