Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, your membership information will be emailed to the address that you have provided during the sign up process. It normally happened within minutes. If you do not receive this information in 24 hours from you completed sign up process please Contact Us. With this information you can access the member area section to download our products and access our Forums.
Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. But is strictly prohibited to distribute the original products code or your modified products code without the written permission of IceTheme.
The above assignment is not true for all the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) code that if inside our templates and/or modules. All the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) code inside our templates and/or modules is licensed under the GNU/GPL (GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE). Refund Policy
Since IceTheme is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can offer direct refunds if your account has not been logged-into yet. In this case the refund will be provided without any question. IceTheme also will offer a full or partial refund within 21 (twenty one) business days starting from the moment when the member make the payment. In this case IceTheme has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. Unauthorized Use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on any website, removable storage or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written note. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership to anyone without our prior written note.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of IceTheme. Our products are provided as is without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Updates
All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee the templates will run with future versions of these CMS's. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.
